The proposed direction is built around a simple catchy expression: TANEETA/SESIKHATELE (we are tired or fed up); and a forceful charismatic personality: AMAI TANEETA (who is so identified with the foregoing expression, she is named for it) who speaks the minds, concerns and attitudes of the audience, in her own, uniquely direct, uncompromising style.
In the proposal emanating from the brief in question we are introduced to Amai Taneeta venting about how tired she is with the rampancy of corruption in every facet of Zimbabwean life, and asking her audience what could be done about it. In response to this a gentleman in that audience introduces her and the others
to the services of the Advocacy and Legal Advice Centre, ALAC, and how it can be there most effective ally in the fight against corruption. |
